About 30 supplier and subcontractor price lists
AI helped us build out our pricing from information supplied by the businesses we buy from and work with.
Learn to build AI agents around your own processes, with a builder who uses them every day.
Emails, scopes, pricing and working inside your business software. AI can take hours of manual work off your hands when it has the right information, clear rules and proper checks.
Talk with Adrien about what you want help with and bringing a hands-on session to your area. You'll learn how to build, check and correct your own agents.

WarningWhatever contract you're building under, an AI agent that's set up wrong could cost you everything. A wrong price, a missed scope item, or a variation or contract notice that goes out wrong, late or without your approval comes straight out of your margin and can end in a payment dispute.
Brad, my project manager, or I literally have a conversation with it. The agent carries out the work inside Wunderbuild, within the permissions we've set, and we check what it's done.
That's the difference this one agent is making in this one platform. We built it around how we work, so it helps us operate the software we already use.
The lesson is learning how to give an agent a useful job, reliable information and controlled access to carry it out.

The date matters as much as the price. Knowing which information is current gives us a basis for checking the work before relying on it.
I connected Claude to Buildxact, my estimating program, and had accurate quoting for new projects within $10,000 [of the final build proposal]. Using past data on all our jobs, it gave me a high-level estimate within minutes. That would normally take my estimator two weeks.
The first thing I did when I came home from the course was get AI to help me draft a tender document, in my voice. We got it done in an hour, maybe an hour and a half. It would have taken my wife and me together probably two days.
I've done a lot of work on AI and paid a lot of money in consultancy fees. Adrien absolutely shit all over them. When I left, I had a working, functional co-work assistant. Built by a builder, it was a no-brainer.
Because you're a builder and you've been implementing this in your own company, it was very practical, very logical. It was stuff we could implement pretty much right away.

These are examples of what we've built for our business. Your starting point should be a task that matters in yours.
Our comms agent reviews sales-call transcripts and prepares follow-ups, client emails and difficult variation conversations. It drafts, I review it, then it goes.
AI helps prepare proposals using our pricing and project information. We check the figures and scope before anything goes to a client.
Brad and I use our construction agent to research requirements and identify what needs checking against current source documents and project advice.
Bring your laptop and work on your own business with me in the room. Start with one useful task and learn how to keep control as you build.
Find work that takes up your time, has a clear process and produces an output you can check.
Document the process, organise the source material and define how your business communicates. AI needs a system to work within.
Separate reading, drafting and making changes. Set approval requirements and know how to stop or restrict it.
Use finished work to test the answers. Learn to spot mistakes, bring the agent back on track and maintain it as tools change.
I've spent more than 35 years in construction. I know how much work sits behind every job, long after you've left the site.
I've built agents for Mamet Homes, BuildUp Australia and my own admin. I've also learnt through mistakes, including an agent sending a client email before I reviewed it.
Agents can go rogue. As a builder you're bound by your building contract, whether it's fixed price or cost plus, so if an agent gets a price, a scope or a client email wrong and nobody catches it, you wear the cost. On the wrong job, that could cost you everything.
That's why learning the controls is part of learning to build, and why this is taught in person, not online. You need to understand what your agent is doing, how to check it and what to do when it goes off course.
You may have tried ChatGPT, already built an agent, or be wondering where to start. The call helps us work out a useful next step.
Dates and locations depend on local interest and arrangements. Requesting a callback registers your interest; it does not book you into an event.
No. The callback is free. Any training fees, dates and requirements will be explained before you decide whether to attend.
You remain responsible for decisions and the work your business produces. The training focuses on useful tasks, controlled permissions and checking results.
