1. About These Terms

These terms apply to registration for BuildUp Australia masterclass and workshop events (“Event”). Specific event details including date, venue, and registration fee are communicated on the relevant event registration page. By registering for any Event, you agree to these terms.

2. Registration and Payment

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment of the applicable registration fee (GST inclusive, as displayed at the time of registration). A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at registration. Registrations are personal and non-transferable without prior written approval.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations received more than 48 hours before the Event are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the Event are non-refundable. A transfer of registration to a future BuildUp Australia event may be offered at our discretion.
• If BuildUp Australia cancels or postpones the Event, all registered attendees will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled date.
• Refund requests must be submitted to info@buildupaustralia.com.au.

4. What to Bring

Any equipment or materials required for the Event will be communicated in your confirmation email or pre-event communications. BuildUp Australia accepts no responsibility for any limitation in participation arising from failure to bring required equipment or materials.

5. Photography and Recording

The Event may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your likeness being used in promotional materials. Please notify us at registration if you do not consent.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, BuildUp Australia’s liability is limited to a refund of the registration fee paid. We are not liable for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred in connection with attendance.

7. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. We use your details to manage your registration and communicate Event information. 9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
